How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your user data, please send an email to our support team at:

Please include the following information in your email:

• The email address associated with your One Loyal account.
• Your full name as it appears on your profile.

What Happens Next

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity to protect your account. Once verified, we will proceed with deleting all personal data from our systems, including your profile information and transaction history. This process is irreversible and may take up to 30 days to complete. We will notify you by email once the deletion process is complete.
